MEET RAHUL
Rahul started his fitness journey 9 years ago after his father’s main heart artery was blocked 99%. He had to undergo emergency surgery to have 3 stents placed in his heart.
That was a pivotal moment because his father realized he needed to start prioritizing his health in order to live a longer life. This was also a pivotal moment for Rahul because he wanted to be the person who could help his father.
This inspired Rahul to build a team of highly educated and skilled trainers to help not only his father but people around the world to transform their life without waiting until it was too late to start their health journey.

MEET ALANA
Alana has been working in the personal training industry for 5+ years. Through Alana’s recovery from her eating disorder she developed a deep passion for helping women become their best self, physically and mentally.
Alana places an emphasis on creating an exercise routine that fits into your life, eating without restriction, and shifting your mindset.
Alana is currently obtaining her MA in Counseling Psychology to further support women on healing their relationship with food, exercise, and their body!
