How quickly will I see results?

Results typically take up to 8 weeks to see a noticeable difference. However many clients see results in the first few weeks of following their program. The most important factor in seeing results is ensuring you are consistent and as accurate as possible with both diet & exercise.

What's included?

When you sign up with Ms Busy Fit you will receive a progressive training program and nutrition protocol specifically designed for your lifestyle and goals. You will have access to our training app and amazing facebook community of motivating and empowering women who will support you throughout this journey. You will receive personalized check-ins up 1x a week to ensure you are on track to achieving your goals and provide any guidance you may need. We host group coaching calls, Q&A’s, cooking classes, challenges and so much more to ensure you have all the resources necessary to succeed.

What equipment do you need?

Your training program will be 100% customized to you, therefore we will design a program around the equipment you already have or the gym you go to. If you don’t have any equipment and you workout at home, that is no problem, you will still be able to see amazing results with our body weight workouts!

Is there a special diet?

There is no specific diet as food restriction often leads to weight gain and a poor relationship with food. Instead we create a fully personalized nutrition program for you and your goals. We will teach you how to properly fuel your body, while still enjoying your favourite foods, and while seeing amazing results?

How much time will this take? I'm busy...

Your workouts are programmed for 3 times a week and the average workout takes 45-60 minutes. However, we are here to work with you so if you need super quick but effective workouts we got you covered.

I've tried so many programs before but nothing has worked, how is this one different?

Fitness & health is not a one size fits all approach. We are all so individually unique which is a beautiful thing but means there is no one approach that will get us all the results we want. That is why we tailor your nutrition and training program specifically to you. We work with you to create a realistic but effective program that will guarantee you your dream body. But we don’t just stop there. Our accountability and facebook group is what truly makes us stand out from the rest. You are not on this journey alone, you have your expert coaches guiding you with a motivating and empowering community of women supporting you every step of this journey!

Will I be provided with a meal plan and recipes as part of the program?

Yes, the program includes a 7 day sample meal plan with options that are designed to help participants meet their specific macronutrient targets. Recipes and meal prep tips are also provided to help make it easier for participants to stick to the plan.

How often will I receive check-ins and support from the coaching team?

The coaching team provides a minimum of 1 check-ins per week to help participants stay on track and address any challenges or questions they may have. In addition, the private Facebook community is available for ongoing support and connection with the coaching team and other participants.

Can I continue to participate in the program if I have an injury or other physical limitation?

If a participant has an injury or physical limitation, the coaching team will work with them to modify the program as needed to ensure they can safely and effectively participate.

Is the private Facebook community only for women?

The private Facebook community is open to all women who are participating in the coaching program.

Is the coaching team available to answer questions and provide support outside of the scheduled check-ins?

The coaching team is available to answer questions and provide support outside of the scheduled check-ins through the private Facebook community. Participants are encouraged to reach out to the team for additional guidance and support as needed.
